About me

I was born and raised in Berkhamstead in the UK, but spent much of my childhood commuting between England and Austria. Emigrating with my parents many years ago, I have called Australia home ever since.

 

Currently I live in a leafy suburb on the outskirts of Melbourne. Lakes Entrance is my second home and it was from there, much of my first four novels were developed. In my spare time I enjoy riding motorcycles, dancing my socks off at local music venues, keeping fit, and, as a1st Dan Black Belt, karate will always be one of my passions.

I've always been a fan of action, adventure movies, with a dash of paranormal and sexual tension. I grew up watching Doctor Who, and love series such as Torchwood, Stranger Things, Glitch and Australian dramas like Mr Inbetween. But I've never seen a really cracking urban fantasy set in contemporary Australia that combines all the elements I love, so I wrote the Crystal Sphere Series to fill that gap.
